Mr. N P Rajasekharan

An eminent author, Mr. Rajasekharan has written extensively in both English and Malayalam, his mother tongue. While his management related books are in English, his works in Malayalam cover various genres such as novels, short stories, and plays. He is also an accomplished music composer who has to his credit over 60 songs, which are sung by various well-known Indian singers and published by famous labels such as CBS and Magnasound.

Presently, he is the Director-Talent of the Art management company Acethetik Consultants Private limited based in Bangalore. He finally chose a career, which suits his ultimate passion: Art. With his creative acumen and amazing ability to spot and nurture artistic talent, Rajasekharan aims to take ACETHETIK to great heights. He is responsible for identifying and promoting talent on the Acethetik platform by making the right opportunities available.

A veteran with over 30 years experience as management consultant and director in various multinational organizations in both profit and non- profit sectors. Rajasekharan brings immense understanding of national and international business trends to Acethetik. He is also the founder CEO of Bangalore-based Guru Management Consultants Pvt Ltd.

Working closely with his son, Mr. Krishna Raj Menon, the CEO of ACETHETIK, Rajasekharan is passionate to bring their original ideas about redefining entertainment to work.

A gold medallist in MSW (Master of Social Work) from Loyola College, Trivandrum. His penchant for creativity does not end with English and Malayalam; he is also conversant with Oriya, Bengali and Arabic!

Mr. Krishna Menon

Krishna Menon is the Chief Executive Officer of Acethetik Consultants Private limited, an entertainment company based in Bangalore. An active member in various extra curricular activities since childhood, Mr. Menon has been passionate about dramatics and art forms. It has been a natural progression to a career related to art and talent.

As an undergraduate at the State university of New York, Mr. Menon headed the Student Union and organized everything from concerts to Gala evenings.

An MBA in New Media and Communications from the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland and Berkeley, California, his thesis on "Music Industry and Digital Distribution" reflected his mindset. Having worked with renowned companies like Satyam Computers, Mr. Menon finally moved on to purse his career in what he believes in - promoting talent and all art forms.

Mr. Menon started ACETHETIK in the year 2005 to identify and nurture artistic talent on a global level and explore a huge range of opportunities in the creative domain. Mr. Menon believes that Acethetik is about leadership in 3 Ts - Talent, Time to Market and Technology.

Mr. Deepak Chauhan

Deepak Chauhan is the Technology partner in Acethetik.com looking after the entire technology and online functions. Based in Mumbai, DC was fascinated by the Internet during its initial years in India I.e. 1995- 96 and believed that there will be a paradigm shift in doing business once people recognize the potential of the Internet. This is the reason he switched his career from software to the Internet in 1997. He rose to become Vice President (Web and Interactive) in B4U Television Network.
