Terms:

1. The successful bidder will be contacted by Acethetik and informed of the results.
2. Within seven days from the receipt of our advice, the bidder must arrange for inspection at Trivandrum, Kerala, India, pay the full bid amount and take possession of the painting.
3. The painting will be delivered to the bidder at Trivandrum un-framed.
4. All taxes and other statutory payments to the governments will be payable by the bidder.
5. Acethetik reserves the right not to sell any of these paintings if Acethetik, in its own judgment, considers the terms of the bids unsatisfactory.
Final date for bid : Midnight, Indian Standard Time, 30 April 2009
